Video analysis

Video analysis is a tool we use in the assessment of any injury or postural pain issue. With video analysis we can analyse movements associated with a particular sport, as well as walking and running technique. We can slow down and freeze the video at particular points which helps to show you exactly what we have identified and to help you better understand it.

Running specific core and strength coaching

Running is a unique movement and requires a specific strengthening approach. It is recommended that anyone who is partaking in regular running have some level of strength training. Whether they are running pain free or are recovering from injury, increasing your core and lower limb strength will greatly prevent the risk of developing running injuries. We can help you to identify the areas where you may have the greatest need for improvement and advise you on the most appropriate exercises to perform. Generally these exercises will target one side of your body at a time as this is most representative of the movements performed while running.
