Lakes Podiatry is a privately owned podiatry practice which was established in 2009. We are based in Wanaka, with regular clinics available in Cromwell and Alexandra. We pride ourselves on providing quality care in all areas of podiatry, treating a wide range of conditions affecting the feet, ankles and lower limbs. We regularly cross refer and communicate with other local health professionals, ensuring we always reach the most successful outcome for every individual case.

The foot is a unique and complex structure, comprising of one quarter of the bones in the human body. The feet are often referred to as the foundation for the body, and are often at the mercy of abnormal posture and movement of your body, incorrect footwear and a range of medical conditions. Lakes Podiatry takes a holistic approach to treating the feet, assessing all possible factors that may have caused or are contributing to your problem.



A large proportion of the population will be afflicted with foot and lower limb pain during their lives, however many will not seek help for these often frustrating and restrictive issues. Many people are also unfamiliar with the variety of services that a podiatrist can offer.
